Searching for a court record? Contact the Clerk Archives to make a public records request by completing this online form.

There is a $1 copy charge per page and certification of documents is optional for an additional cost of $3 per page. Accepted forms of payment include cash, cashier’s check, money order or debit/credit card, which may include a convenience fee. The total charge will be provided. Payment is required in advance to reproduction. We will notify you of any details necessary to complete and process your request.

We DO NOT accept personal checks.

Disclosure: Certain records may be confidential and not available to the public per state statute.

How to request a record:

Step 1: Complete the fields on this form. Provide details or a brief description to help identify the record that you are seeking in the Comments section.

Step 2: Acknowledge that you are making the request then click the Submit button.

Step 3: Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act (I.C. 5-14-3), our office will notify you within 7 days with the status of your request. Please note, a response does not necessarily indicate production of the requested record, but may be a statement advising of additional time needed to locate the document.
